Goal Setting...what does that mean?  To me it has everything to do with setting your dreams for you business and for your life.  We had a meeting at the Successful Women's Project networking group and we discussed our goals.  It was interesting because most of us had the same dreams for financial freedom, business success, etc.  The only difference was how to get there because everyone had a different business.  What else I learned is that we all had some of the same fears, concerns, issues.  That's what was so great about the members of the group.  We we free to talk about our concerns without judgement.  We encouraged each other in our journey, while sharing our business solutions.
